We analyze and define client’s needs and search conditions – Role and candidate profile description – We design search plan.

Identify and Assess

We proceed with a search which will include – Our database search, advert placements across board, Internet, and other candidate sources – We shortlist (phase 1)– We carry out preliminary telephone interviews – We carry out physical consultant interviews – We establish competency assessment – We carry out references checks – We compile and send progress reports.

Shortlist (phase 2)

We shortlist of candidates after consultant interview level – Interview shortlisted candidates with client – compile detailed assessment reports. 

Select Executive

Finalist interview – We design/negotiate contract terms – Staff resumes.

Follow Up

Ensure proper start – Follow up Consultation – Continue obligations.
